The fabulously fresh seafood creations for which deep blu is known and loved will now share the culinary spotlight with a variety of onshore appetizers, entrees, and desserts: Burrata & Toy Box Tomatoes salad; Grilled Ribeye with Bordelaise, and Lamb Ragu entrees; and seasonally inspired Spiced Guava Panna Cotta are just a few of the new additions. With a continued focus on local and sustainable ingredients and a modernist approach and attention to seasonality, the menu retains classic deep blu favorites, including blu Crab Mac and Cheese, deep blu Crab Cake, Ceviche, blu Grouper, and more, as well as an extensive wine list and even more options from Bar 1521.
